TSCSL REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Club Registrars may request new team numbers by sending the club name, age, & gender of the team to info@tristateclubsoccer.org.  Your reply will include the team number, login, and password to begin the registration process.

Once team numbers are assigned, club must declare the team(s) for Fall 2008 League Play by visiting: < https://ssl.hammersoccer.com/TCYSA/Registration/ClubLogin.asp >
where the Registrar will provide important club information and declare the teams for seasonal play.  With the flexible carding & team structure policies of the TSCSL & US Club Soccer, a "team" is loosely defined as a playing group of age-eligible members of a Club.  This means that a club may choose to register large groups of players as "teams" that may represent multiple playing groups for scheduled game dates.  Even though a club can register an unlimited number of players within an age group, the TSCSL expects that those groups will participate with 8-12 players (all 6v6 format for U8-U10) on game day.  Clubs should consider the number of playing slots required for game day as the number of teams participating.  For example, if your club registers 24 Girls U8 players, that could represent one registered team that requires 3 game-day playing slots.

When all teams are declared for the current season, the club will submit the league fees of $100 per team, based on the number of game-day slots required, to the TSCSL, PO Box 155, Springboro OH 45066, Attn: Vince Kohen

Before beginning to register players, you should read through the US Club Soccer Registration Instructions provided and consult the Age Group Chart to be sure that no players being registered are younger than U7 for competitive play.  Once you understand the process, select "Go to US Club Soccer's Easy-Online Registration" from the TSCSL Registration Center menu.

With the logins/passwords provided, Club Registrars may begin the player/coach registration process.   It is important to note that player/coach passes are not released to print until the "Staff Risk Assessment Form" is completed.  Coaches, trainers, and club staff should complete this form immediately to prevent delay in receipt of passes.

At the conclusion of the player registration you will be prompted to make payment to US Club Soccer for player passes.  This can be done online with a VISA or Mastercard.  You will also be reminded to provide the player proof-of-birth documents for each member.  It is best to scan and save these documents into one file that can be uploaded to US Club Soccer.  These documents will be verified at the registration center, and you will receive an e-mail PDF file with your passes within a couple days.  You then print the passes, attach player pictures, and laminate the completed passes.

Clubs should complete the Club T-Shirt Order Form and send to TSCSL, PO Box 155, Springboro OH 45066, Attn: Vince Kohen, or fax to 937-885-6948.  Only one T-Shirt Order form per Club will be accepted, and should include the total required for all U8-U10 players registered with TSCSL.  Shirts will include the US Club Soccer and TSCSL logos.
